Benchmark
Benchmarking is a program conducted by Universitas Gadjah Mada SEG – SC to visit Jatinangor, West Java. This program held to build relationship between SEG – Student chapter in Indonesia. THis program held on 16th – 17th November 2019 at Jatinangor. This progeam attended by ± 50 participants from SEG UGM – SC & SEG UNPAD SC.
Company Visit : PT Alexis Perdana Mineral
Company Visit was held on Saturday, August 25th 2018 at Alexis Perdana Mineral (APM), Selogiri, Wonogiri, Central Java, Indonesia. The purpose was to understand the prospect of porphyry gold and chopper deposit at Randukuning. The participants to this visit was 25 active student chapter members and guided by Dr. Lucas Donny Setijadji, S.T., M.Sc. (faculty advisor and also lecture of mineral resources Universitas Gadjah Mada), Fahmi Hakim, S.T., M.Sc. RWTH (Former of SEG UGM – SC) Aditya Pratama, S.T. (Exploration Geologist PT. Jr Resources ) and Mr. Sapto Putranto ( PT Alexis Perdana Mineral).
Company Visit : PT Cikondang Kencana Prima
Company Visit was held on Sunday, November 17th 2019 at Cikondang Kencana Prima, Campaka, Cianjur, West Java, Indonesia. The purpose was to understand the prospect of low sulphidation chopper and lead deposit at Campaka site. The participants to this visit was 38 active members of SEG UGM-SC & SEG UNPAD-SC and guided by Ir. Benny Bensaman, M.T. (lecture of mineral resources Universitas Padjajaran), Ir. Rusman Rinawan (lecture of mineral resources Universitas Padjajaran).

SMECTITE
It was a charity and edducation program to build relationship between SEG – MGEI SC and the community. This gathering was attend by 4 student chapter at Yogyakarta that focus in economic geology, they are SEG UGM – SC, UPN Veteran Yogyakarta MGEI – SC, ITNY MGEI – SC, and IST AKPRIND MGEI – SC. We went to Panti Asuhan Zuhriyah, Sleman, Yogyakarta on May 25th 2019. At there, we share and tell story about the geology. Then, we play some games and open fastin together with the children.
